Fits 1988-1991 BMW M3 Base models equipped with the S14B20 or S14B23 engine.
The Cometic MLS-5 (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gasket is engineered for high-output BMW S14 engines, providing a superior seal without the need for additional liquid sealants or copper sprays. This gasket is constructed from multiple layers of embossed stainless steel, which provides the rebound and strength necessary to resist corrosion and withstand the shearing forces between aluminum heads and blocks. The outer layers are finished with a Viton fluoroelastomer coating, heat-resistant up to 250°C (482°F), designed to conform to various surface finishes and load conditions.

- Compressed Thickness: 0.070" (1.78mm)
- Material: Multi-Layer Stainless Steel (MLS) with Viton rubber coating
