Designed specifically for the Right Hand Side (RHS), it features a 3.950-inch bore and a compressed operating thickness of 0.070 inches. These gaskets are ideal for sealing aluminum heads to either aluminum or cast iron blocks, as the multi-layer stainless steel construction effectively withstands the shearing forces created by different thermal expansion rates.

The gasket is comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, with the outer layers coated in Viton—a fluoroelastomer rubber capable of resisting heat up to 250°C (482°F). This design ensures a reliable seal across various surface finishes and load conditions while requiring less clamp load than traditional gaskets, which helps reduce bore distortion during installation.
