Engineered for high-output environments, the Cometic MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gasket provides superior sealing performance for the Nissan RB25 platform. This gasket is designed to withstand the shearing forces typical in performance builds, whether utilizing aluminum-to-aluminum or aluminum-to-cast-iron mating surfaces. The multi-layer stainless steel construction ensures excellent rebound characteristics and maximum resistance to corrosion.

- Compressed Thickness: 0.051"
- Material: Multi-layer embossed stainless steel
- Coating: Viton rubber-based elastomer (heat resistant to 250°C / 482°F)
- Installation: Requires no additional sealants

The Viton-coated outer layers are specifically designed to meet the demands of harsh sealing environments and varied surface finishes. This design requires less clamp load than traditional gaskets, resulting in reduced bore distortion and more even load distribution across the entire sealing area.
