The Competition Clutch ST Series Steel Flywheel is engineered for street-driven and naturally aspirated applications where maintaining driveability is critical. This 14lb flywheel provides a significant reduction in rotational mass over the heavy factory unit, resulting in improved throttle response and faster engine deceleration without sacrificing the low-end torque required for smooth street starts. It is an ideal performance upgrade for vehicles utilizing Stage 1 or Stage 2 clutch kits.
Manufactured from 4140 forged steel, this flywheel features a robust one-piece design to ensure structural integrity under high RPMs and heavy use. Unlike multi-piece flywheels, the integrated ring gear provides additional safety and durability for long-term street performance.
