Maximize exhaust flow and enhance the acoustic profile of your C8 with CORSA Performance headers. These 1.875-inch primary headers are engineered from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel to deliver superior durability and performance. Designed as a direct bolt-on solution, they mount directly in front of the factory catalytic converters or CORSA EPA-compliant high-flow units without removing emissions devices.
The 16034 header kit includes basalt-based spark plug boot covers to protect your ignition components from the high operating temperatures of the LT2 engine bay. Installation requires no ECM tuning, though a custom tune can be used to further optimize performance gains. Every set is manufactured in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty.
