The CSF 7029 Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Radiator is engineered to handle the thermal demands of off-roaders, overlanders, and heavy-duty towing. This high-performance cooling solution replaces the failure-prone plastic tanks of the OEM unit with a durable, hand-polished all-aluminum design. At the heart of the CSF 7029 is a 42mm 2-row core utilizing exclusive B-Tube Technology. Unlike standard oval "O" type tubes, the B-Tube design is seam-brazed for superior structural integrity and a 15% increase in heat transfer surface area.
This unit is a true "drop-in fit" replacement, requiring no vehicle modifications. It is designed to accept all factory components, including OE mounting brackets, fan shrouds, AC condensers, and the factory "Quick-Connect" hose fittings.
