The CSF by PWR High-Performance Intercooler System is engineered for the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7, utilizing Formula-1 grade cooling technology to combat heat soak in high-output applications. Developed in partnership with PWR, this system replaces the restrictive OEM charge air coolers with high-efficiency cores that feature two rows of rolled cooling tubes and internal fins. Unlike traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin designs, these cores offer superior thermal transfer, significantly lowering intake air temperatures (IATs) even under sustained high-boost conditions.

To ensure maximum durability and reliability under pressure, CSF utilizes 100% TIG-welded CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks. This construction is a massive upgrade over the factory crimped-on cast aluminum tanks, which are prone to leaking or failing at increased boost levels. Designed for a true plug-and-play installation, these units utilize OEM-style inlet and outlet connections for a precise fit without vehicle modification.
