The CSF 8188 High-Performance Intercooler System is a premium thermal management solution for the Porsche 992 chassis. Developed in a strategic partnership with PWR, this system utilizes Formula-1 grade cores featuring two rows of 3mm rolled cooling tubes with inner fins. This advanced design provides superior heat dissipation compared to traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin setups, effectively eliminating heat soak and maintaining lower intake air temperatures (IATs) during aggressive track use or high-boost street driving.

Construction features 100% TIG-welded billet aluminum end tanks, replacing the factory plastic tanks that are prone to leaking under increased pressure. The system includes an integrated Y-pipe connection to the throttle body and CNC-machined inlet/outlet connections for a precise, drop-in fit. To support high-performance tuning, the assembly includes three 1/8 NPT ports for methanol injection or boost monitoring.
