The CSF x Jackson Racing High Performance Stepped Core Intercooler System is engineered to solve the heat soak issues common with the factory G16E-GTS cooling setup. Developed using 3D scanning and rapid prototyping, this intercooler maximizes surface area utilization within the factory mounting constraints. In real-world testing conducted by MotoIQ, this system reduced charge air temperatures by over 240°F—outperforming the OEM unit by an additional 90°F and maintaining IATs just a few degrees above ambient.

The high-performance tube and fin stepped core design provides superior internal air-flow volume compared to standard cores. Unlike the OEM crimped plastic end tanks that can fail under high boost, the CSF unit features 100% TIG-welded construction for maximum structural integrity. This kit includes upgraded motorsport-grade silicone hoses and clamps featuring larger 2.5-inch (63.5mm) connections for improved flow throughout the charge circuit.
