CSF 8131 Triple-Pass Heat Exchanger with Rock Guard for Select BMW 2016-2021 (B48/B58)

The CSF 8131 High-Performance Front Mount Heat Exchanger is engineered to significantly reduce intake air temperatures on BMW B48 and B58 engines. While the factory cooling unit relies on a narrow 27mm single-row core, CSF utilizes a massive 68mm 2-row core—the largest available—featuring proprietary B-Tube technology for maximum surface area and heat transfer. Unlike the OEM and many aftermarket single-pass designs, this unit features a triple-pass flow structure, forcing coolant through the radiator three times before it returns to the manifold charge cooler.

This direct plug-and-play upgrade requires no modifications to the vehicle. It features CNC-machined "Quick Connect" inlet/outlet fittings and OEM-style mounting pins for a precise factory fit. The unit is finished with a 1-hour hand polish and includes a detachable rock guard to protect the multi-louvered fins from road debris.
