The CSF Gen 2 B58 Race X Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold (MPN: 8400B) is a premier cooling solution engineered for high-performance racing. Developed in collaboration with VF Engineering and CNC-machined by Custom Plenum Creations, this manifold features a motorsports-grade bar-and-plate air-to-water core that is 25% larger than the standard Gen-2 CSF manifold. It utilizes 15 rows of water cooling—a massive increase over the 6-row factory unit—to maintain lower intake air temperatures during sustained high-load use.

This manifold is finished in a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote and includes the KIYLEX Thermal Rejection Manifold Spacer, which reduces intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%. For advanced tuning, it features individual 1/8" NPT ports for nitrous or methanol injection on each cylinder runner and an integrated fuel rail for top-feed port injection. The versatile design allows for either single or dual-pass water flow configurations using the included -16 ORB bung and CNC plug.
