The CSF 8048 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is a heavy-duty, universal cooling solution engineered for custom high-boost applications. Rated for up to 1000 WHP, this core is designed for professional tuners and fabricators who require a reliable foundation for custom intercooler builds. The horizontal cross-flow configuration provides efficient thermal management for high-output forced induction systems.

Constructed using a heavy-duty bar and plate design, each core features high-precision multi-louvered staggered fins on both the ambient and pressure sides to maximize heat dissipation. To ensure ease of welding and structural integrity, CSF manufactures these cores in a clean-room environment using precision jigs and fixtures. Every unit is batch-brazed in state-of-the-art digital vacuum ovens and individually pressure tested to 120 psi to guarantee reliability under extreme boost levels.
