Engineered for high-horsepower builds, this radiator (MPN: 7054) replaces the plastic-tank factory unit with a 100% TIG-welded aluminum assembly designed for maximum heat rejection and durability.
At the heart of this radiator is CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology. Unlike traditional O-shape tubes, the B-tube design is formed from a thinner, lighter aluminum that is brazed over a center seam. This unique geometry increases the heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% and creates a dual liquid laminar flow for superior cooling efficiency. Combined with a 42mm 2-row core and high-efficiency 6.5mm multi-louvered fins, this unit is tested in wind-tunnel labs to ensure maximum airflow and thermal performance.
This radiator is a true "drop-in" fit, utilizing CNC-machined brackets and OEM-style inlet/outlet connections to ensure a seamless installation with no modifications required. It is designed to work perfectly with the factory AC condenser and fan shroud.
