The CSF 8113 is a heavy-duty air-to-water intercooler core designed for fabricators and tuners building custom high-performance cooling systems. Rated for up to 1000 WHP, this core utilizes a robust bar and plate construction to withstand extreme boost pressures without compromising thermal efficiency.

Each core is hand-built in CSF’s specialized clean room using precision jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly square structure, making it easier to weld end tanks during custom fabrication. The manufacturing process involves batch brazing in state-of-the-art digital vacuum ovens to ensure structural integrity and a clean surface for future welding. For maximum heat transfer, the core features a multi-louvered high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides.
