Designed for drifting and gymkhana use, the Cusco Spin Turn Knob (Silver) is a functional upgrade for the Subaru BRZ, Toyota 86, and Scion FR-S handbrake system. This component replaces the factory emergency brake button and internal spring to disable the automatic locking mechanism, allowing the lever to return to the down position freely after being pulled.
- Function: Disables the ratchet lock mechanism to permit fluid handbrake turns without the lever locking in the up position.
- Locking Capability: The handbrake can still be manually locked for parking by pushing the knob forward.
- Material: Precision-machined aluminum with a durable silver finish.
- Installation: Direct replacement for the OE button; requires removal of the factory spring from the handbrake assembly.
