The Cusco Type OS Front Strut Tower Bar is a fundamental chassis upgrade designed to eliminate front-end flex. By physically bracing the two strut towers together, this bar prevents the chassis from twisting under heavy cornering loads. This ensures that the suspension geometry remains consistent, providing more predictable handling and sharpened steering response for the S13 chassis.
Featuring an oval-section aluminum shaft, the Type OS design offers high torsional rigidity while maintaining a slim profile for engine bay clearance. The bar is supported by high-strength steel end plates, finished in Cusco's signature blue. This is a direct bolt-on component that installs onto factory mounting points with standard hand tools.
