The DBA 4000 Series XS uni-directional rotor is a high-performance, one-piece direct replacement brake component engineered for extreme thermal management and consistent stopping power. Constructed from high-carbon, heat-treated iron, these rotors utilize Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) to withstand intense heat cycles, reducing the risk of warping or fatigue during aggressive driving.
This rotor features DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, which employs a series of pillars and fins to significantly increase internal surface area for faster heat dissipation compared to traditional straight-vane rotors. The XS design incorporates a specific cross-drilled and T3 slotted pattern to effectively clear brake dust and gases while maintaining a clean pad surface for immediate bite.
