The DBA 4000 Series T3 is a heavy-duty, direct-replacement rear brake rotor designed for drivers who demand consistent stopping power and high-level thermal stability. These uni-directional slotted rotors utilize DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system, featuring 144 precisely positioned diamond and tear-drop pillars. This design significantly increases surface area for faster heat dissipation and improves structural strength compared to traditional straight-vane rotors.
Constructed from XG150 high-carbon alloyed iron and subjected to Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), these rotors are engineered to handle the extreme heat cycles of spirited driving without warping or cracking. The Tri-Symmetrical T3 slotting reduces vibration and noise while continuously cleaning the brake pad surface to ensure a consistent pedal feel and gas outgassing.
