The DBA 4000 Series T3 is a high-performance, direct-replacement slotted rotor designed for drivers who demand consistent braking under high-temperature conditions. These rotors are cast from high-carbon, heat-treated iron to provide exceptional thermal stability and resist warping or cracking during aggressive street or track use. By utilizing DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system—a series of 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars—these rotors achieve significantly greater surface area for heat dissipation compared to traditional straight-vane designs.
The T3 tri-symmetrical slotting provides a quieter, smoother brake pedal feel while constantly scrubbing the pad surface to prevent glazing and ensure a clean contact patch.
