DEI Floor and Tunnel Shield II (95503) provides a professional-grade thermal barrier designed to block extreme heat from intruding into vehicle interiors and damaging sensitive components. This shielding is engineered for high-temperature environments, limiting thermal transfer across firewalls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, and fuel cells. At only 3/16-inch thick, it is the ideal solution for minimal clearance areas where traditional insulation is too bulky.

The shield is constructed with a rugged, embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8-inch composite glass-fiber core. This combination reflects radiant heat while providing effective sound deadening against road and engine noise. The high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive backing ensures a permanent bond to metal, aluminum, carbon fiber, and plastic surfaces, allowing for a clean, "do-it-once" installation.
