The DEI Titanium Knitted Sleeve (MPN 10049) provides high-efficiency thermal management for automotive exhaust systems. These sleeves are engineered to isolate radiant heat, preventing it from transferring into the vehicle cabin or damaging nearby components like wiring harnesses and fuel lines. The specialized knitted construction allows the material to expand up to 1.5 times its resting diameter, making it easy to slide over exhaust flanges, sensor bungs, and bends without snagging.
This sleeve is sized for 2.5-inch to 3-inch outside diameter (OD) tubing and features a finished 12-inch length. For custom applications, the sleeve can be cut to length with the ends rolled for a professional, fray-resistant finish. This complete kit includes stainless steel locking ties and an installation tool to ensure a secure, permanent fit on the exhaust pipe.
