DEI Glass Fiber Exhaust Wraps are engineered to mitigate extreme underhood temperatures by insulating headers and downpipes. By containing heat within the exhaust system, this wrap maintains higher exhaust gas temperatures, which decreases gas density and improves scavenging flow for increased horsepower and efficiency.

Constructed from high-temperature glass fiber, this 2-inch wide wrap features integrated installation guide lines to ensure even overlapping and professional results. Designed for durability, it withstands 1200°F of direct heat and 2000°F of radiant heat. Note that once heat-cycled, the fibers lose flexibility and should not be moved or removed; avoid wrapping flex-pipes or catalytic converters to prevent premature component failure.
