DEI Black Titanium Exhaust Wrap (MPN 10005) is engineered using LR Technology, utilizing pulverized lava rock stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. This 2-inch by 15-foot wrap provides superior thermal management by maintaining high exhaust gas velocity and significantly reducing underhood temperatures. The resulting black carbon fiber finish is more durable than standard fiberglass wraps and remains pliable even under extreme conditions.

Designed for professional-grade heat protection, this wrap withstands direct heat up to 1800°F and intermittent heat up to 2500°F. Because of its unique material composition, it does not require pre-wetting before installation and is highly resistant to chemical spills, oil, and vibration breakdown.

Installation Note: Wrapping of catalytic converters is not recommended as it may lead to overheating. Exhaust wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled, as the fibers lose their initial flexibility. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
