DEI Heat Shroud GOLD (10458) provides a high-performance solution for protecting lines, hoses, and wiring from heat soak and abrasion without the need for component disassembly. Constructed from a metalized polyimide lamination bonded to a robust 20oz heat-treated glass fiber base, this shroud reflects up to 90% of radiant heat to keep critical systems cool in demanding engine bay environments.
- Heat Resistance: Reflects radiant heat up to 800°F; base glass material rated to 1100°F.
- Easy Installation: High-temperature hook-and-loop closure allows for quick installation over existing lines without disconnecting fluid or electrical fittings.
- Durable Construction: Reinforced with aramid thread for superior edge strength and flame-retardant performance.
- Versatile Fit: Adjustable diameter fits components from 0.5 in. to 1.25 in. and can be easily trimmed to length.
