Eliminate vapor lock and boiling fuel issues with the DEI Vapor Block Heat Shield Sleeve. Engineered to insulate fuel lines from extreme engine bay temperatures, this sleeve keeps fluid temperatures below the boiling point to prevent rough idling and difficult hot starts. The 10671 sleeve is constructed from a glass fiber and polyester core laminated to a highly reflective aluminum outer layer for superior thermal protection.
Installation is straightforward due to the split design and integrated adhesive flap. This allows the sleeve to be wrapped around existing fuel lines, cables, or hoses without disconnecting them—simply remove the adhesive liner and press the flap into place. It is an ideal solution for modern high-heat engine compartments where fuel system reliability is critical.
