DFC Premium Riveted Brake Shoes are engineered to restore OE-level braking performance and safety. Manufactured from 100% new carbon steel, these shoes undergo a specialized dipping process in high-temperature black anti-rust paint to prevent corrosion and ensure a long service life. Every shoe is precision arc ground for an exact shoe-to-drum fitment, which eliminates the need for break-in periods and prevents uneven wear or chatter. The semi-metallic friction material is riveted according to original equipment specifications, utilizing an advanced glue lining treatment to ensure a permanent bond between the friction material and the steel backing.
