DFC Premium Service Brake Shoes are engineered to restore original equipment braking performance and reliability. Constructed from 100% new carbon steel, these shoes undergo a specialized dipping process in high-temperature, anti-rust black paint to prevent corrosion and extend component life. Each shoe is precision arc ground to ensure a perfect shoe-to-drum fitment, reducing break-in time and preventing noise or uneven wear.
These semi-metallic shoes are manufactured using bonded or riveted methods as dictated by OE specifications, utilizing high-strength glue lining and treatment to ensure the friction material remains securely bonded to the steel backing under extreme thermal stress.
