EBC GD Sport rotors are engineered for high-performance braking in demanding conditions. These rotors feature wide aperture slots that pull cool air into the braking zone, significantly reducing temperatures and preventing brake fade. The unique dimpled design provides the degassing benefits of a drilled rotor without the risk of structural stress cracks. Manufactured from OE-spec grey cast iron, these rotors undergo rigorous testing for tensile strength, grain structure, and hardness to ensure reliable stopping power.
Every GD Sport rotor is finished with a gold anodized coating to provide superior corrosion resistance on the hub and non-contact surfaces. The slotted pattern actively sweeps dirt, dust, and debris away from the pad surface, ensuring consistent pad-to-rotor contact even under heavy load or towing applications.
