EBC Brakes GD Sport rotors are engineered for high-performance street and track use, providing superior cooling and gas expulsion compared to standard OE discs. These rotors are cast from high-quality G3000 grey iron to meet exact OE specifications. The GD Series features wide aperture slots that draw cool air into the braking zone while effectively clearing dust, dirt, and debris. Unlike through-drilled rotors that are prone to cracking under heavy thermal stress, these rotors use blind-drilled dimples to allow for degassing without compromising the structural integrity of the cast iron.
Every GD7259 rotor is gold anodized for maximum corrosion resistance, ensuring that the non-contact surfaces remain clean and professional-looking. These rotors are precision-machined and tested for runout and tensile strength to ensure smooth, vibration-free performance right out of the box.
