This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles, offering a significant 60-90% reduction in dust compared to standard semi-metallic pads. Unlike traditional pads containing steel fibers, Redstuff's minimal dust is non-abrasive and can be easily washed away without damaging wheel finishes.

Designed to provide a high nominal friction coefficient of 0.5, these pads deliver a strong initial bite from cold and maintain performance as temperatures rise. To ensure a smooth installation, each pad features EBC's 'Brake-In' surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process. Note that due to the hard-wearing nature of the ceramic material, full bed-in can take up to 1,000 miles to achieve optimal contact with the rotor.
