EBC Brakes Redstuff ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium sedans, offering a significant reduction in brake dust and improved stopping power. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles, providing a high nominal friction coefficient of 0.5. These pads are designed to deliver strong cold bite comparable to OE pads, while performing even better as they reach operating temperatures during spirited driving.

The Redstuff compound is specifically formulated to be low-dust, reducing visible residue by 60-90% compared to semi-metallic pads. Because the formula contains no steel fibers, the minimal dust produced is non-abrasive and easily washed away. Each pad features the EBC Brake-In surface coating to help condition the rotor and accelerate the bed-in process. Note that these are hard-wearing pads and may require up to 1,000 miles for full bed-in to match the rotor profile.
