EBC Brakes GD Sport Series rotors are engineered for high-performance street use, providing superior cooling and debris removal for heavy or high-speed vehicles. Cast from OE-spec grey iron, these rotors feature wide-aperture slots that draw cool air into the braking zone to reduce temperatures and prevent brake fade. The slotted design also works to sweep away dust, dirt, and gases, ensuring a clean contact surface between the pad and the rotor.

Unlike traditional cross-drilled rotors that can develop stress cracks under extreme heat, the GD Series utilizes a dimpled design. This provides the same degassing benefits as a through-hole without compromising the structural integrity of the casting. For domestic applications, these rotors are finished with a black anodized coating to protect against corrosion on non-friction surfaces.
