EBC Brakes Redstuff ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium sedans. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to significantly reduce brake dust by 60-90% compared to standard semi-metallic pads. The minimal dust produced is non-abrasive and free of steel fiber particles, making it much easier to remove from alloy wheels during routine cleaning.

Designed for repeated heavy braking, Redstuff pads maintain a high nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 and provide reliable stopping power from cold, improving further as they reach operating temperature. Each pad set features EBC's Brake-In™ red surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bedding process. Note that as a hard-wearing performance compound, these pads may require a bed-in period of up to 1,000 miles to achieve full rotor contact and optimal performance.
