Fits select 2010-2018 BMW X5 M, X5 xDrive40e, and X6 M. These EBC Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium SUVs that require superior stopping power with minimal brake dust. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to provide a high nominal friction coefficient of 0.5 while significantly reducing the heavy black dust associated with semi-metallic OE pads.
The Redstuff material is designed to handle repeated heavy braking without the heat fade typically found in standard pads. Each pad features the EBC Brake-In™ surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bedding-in process. Because this is a hard-wearing, long-life compound, full bedding may take up to 1,000 miles of street driving. These pads are free of steel fiber particles, making any residual dust easier to remove and less abrasive to your wheel finish.
