EBC Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for premium street performance and high-performance sedans. This synthetic fiber-based ceramic compound provides significantly higher friction than factory pads while maintaining a quiet, low-dust environment for your wheels. With a nominal friction coefficient of 0.5, these pads offer improved stopping power and have been tested to reduce stopping distances from high speeds by up to 13 meters compared to OEM components.

A primary benefit of the Redstuff series is the 60-90% reduction in brake dust. Because the material contains no steel fibers, the minimal dust produced does not etch into alloy wheels and is easily removed with a simple wash. Each pad is finished with EBC’s proprietary Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the seating process. As these are hard-wearing ceramic pads, a patient bed-in period of up to 1,000 miles is recommended for the pads to fully conform to the rotor shape.
