EBC Bluestuff NDX is a carbon-fiber based race material that provides a high friction coefficient while remaining controllable and progressive. Unlike dedicated race pads that require significant heat to function, Bluestuff NDX delivers strong initial bite from cold, making it a viable hybrid option for performance street vehicles that see occasional track days. These pads feature a chemical interlayer to ensure a super-strong bond between the friction material and the backing plate, reducing the risk of pad debonding under high thermal loads.
