Fits select 1993-2014 Acura RSX and Honda Civic, Civic del Sol, and Fit models. This set of EBC Brakes Greenstuff 2000 Series front brake pads (DP2891) is engineered specifically for sport compacts and lighter vehicles requiring improved stopping power over standard organic or ceramic replacements.
The Greenstuff compound is a high-friction material designed for premium street driving, offering a significant increase in initial bite and a nominal friction coefficient of 0.55. These pads remain effective at operating temperatures up to 600°C (1100°F), providing consistent pedal feel and reducing heat-related fade during spirited driving. While all brake pads generate some dust to prevent rotor vibration and surface shimmying, the Greenstuff formula is formulated to produce less dust than OE pads, and the residue is more easily washed off during routine cleaning.
