EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium sedans. This synthetic fiber compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to provide high-friction stopping power while significantly reducing brake dust by 60-90%. Because Redstuff contains no steel fiber particles, the minimal dust produced is non-abrasive and can be easily removed with a simple sponge wash.

These pads provide excellent bite from cold and maintain a stable 0.5 nominal friction coefficient as temperatures rise, making them ideal for repeated heavy braking on the street. Each set features EBC’s proprietary Brake-In™ surface coating to help condition the rotor surface and accelerate the seating process. Note that as a hard-wearing ceramic material, these pads require a patient bed-in period of up to 1,000 miles to achieve optimal contact with the brake rotor.
