EBC Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered as a premium upgrade for high-performance street use on European sedans and sport compacts. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to deliver a high 0.5 nominal friction coefficient while significantly reducing brake dust compared to OE and semi-metallic pads. Redstuff provides reliable cold-bite performance that improves as the brakes reach operating temperature, offering excellent resistance to heat fade during repeated heavy braking.

The pads feature EBC's Brake-In™ red surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process. As a hard-wearing ceramic compound, these pads may require a bed-in period of up to 1,000 miles to fully conform to the rotor profile. Redstuff is free of steel fiber particles, making the minimal dust generated much easier to clean than traditional brake residue.
