EBC Brakes Ultimax2 front brake pads (UD1694) are engineered as a premium OEM replacement for daily drivers, light trucks, and SUVs. Manufactured in EBC’s Bristol, UK facility, this ECE R90-approved compound is designed to provide first-class safety and reliable braking performance without the high cost of original dealer parts. The Ultimax2 formula uses a specialized fibre blend with a low volume of steel fiber to ensure consistent friction levels while remaining gentle on rotors.
These pads are black-coded and precision-finished with shims, slots, and chamfered edges to significantly reduce brake noise and vibration. Designed for minimal dust and a universal heat range, they offer a smooth, quiet, and dependable braking experience for urban and highway commuting alike.
