EBC Yellowstuff is a high-friction aramid fiber-based brake compound designed for drivers who demand consistent stopping power in both daily street use and demanding track conditions. Unlike many race-oriented pads, the DP41853R compound provides an immediate brake effect from cold while maintaining its integrity under the intense heat of hard driving without fading.
These front brake pads are engineered to be rotor-friendly, making them a preferred choice for vehicles weighing up to 2,000 lbs or producing 200 BHP in competitive series, while also serving as a high-performance upgrade for heavier, high-horsepower domestic muscle cars and SUVs. Note that as a high-friction performance pad, these will produce more dust than the EBC Redstuff series.
