EBC Brakes Redstuff is a premier ceramic-enhanced brake compound designed for performance sedans and fast street driving. Developed to provide a significant upgrade over factory equipment, these pads utilize a synthetic fiber-based compound that delivers high-friction braking with a nominal coefficient of 0.5. Redstuff is specifically engineered to reduce brake dust by 60-90%, and the remaining residue contains no steel fiber particles, making it much easier to clean from alloy wheels than traditional semi-metallic alternatives.

These rear pads feature EBC’s proprietary Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process. While Redstuff is a hard-wearing material that may require up to 1,000 miles for full bed-in, it offers exceptional thermal stability and has been proven to stop vehicles up to 13 meters shorter than OEM pads from 100 mph (160 kph).
