The EBC Brakes S1 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S1KF1262) is an engineered maintenance solution designed for daily drivers seeking a high-quality, direct-fit replacement for factory braking components. By bundling EBC’s British-made Ultimax pads with precision-cast G3000 rotors, this kit ensures restored stopping power and smooth operation without the need for modifications.
The Ultimax pads are manufactured from a high-friction Aramid fiber compound, providing excellent bite while remaining gentle on the rotors. These pads come fully shimmed and chamfered to prevent vibration and noise, and feature EBC’s patented Brake-In coating to accelerate the bedding process immediately after installation. The included G3000-grade rotors are fully balanced and runout tested to prevent pedal pulsation. Each rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain structural integrity and appearance against corrosion.
