The EBC Brakes S12 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S12KF1680) is a comprehensive upgrade designed for spirited driving and premium imports. This kit combines high-efficiency ceramic-enhanced pads with precision-matched rotors to provide superior stopping power with significantly less brake dust than factory alternatives. The pads are constructed from an aramid fiber compound reinforced with ceramic granules, then fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered to eliminate noise and vibration. Each pad features the patented EBC Brake-in coating to ensure rapid seating and optimal performance immediately after installation.
The included rotors serve as direct-fit OEM replacements, meticulously balanced and runout tested to guarantee smooth, judder-free braking. To ensure long-term durability and aesthetics, the rotors are finished with a Geomet anti-rust surface coating that resists corrosion in harsh environments.
