Fits select 2003-2005 Mazda 6 and 2003 Mazda Protege. This EBC Brakes S2 kit (MPN S2KR2131) is a matched pad-and-rotor upgrade designed for spirited street driving and improved thermal management over factory setups. By bundling components, this kit offers a cost-effective solution for compacts and sedans requiring better bite and fade resistance under higher loads.
The kit features EBC Greenstuff high-efficiency pads, manufactured with an Aramid fiber compound. These pads are fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered to reduce noise and are finished with a patented Brake-in coating to ensure rapid seating after installation. They are paired with G3000 fine-slotted sport vented rotors, which help expel gases and debris while maintaining parallel pad wear for the life of the component.
