The EBC Brakes S3 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit is a comprehensive upgrade designed for SUVs and light trucks that require improved stopping power over the factory setup. This matched kit combines EBC's high-efficiency Aramid fiber brake pads with wide-aperture slotted G3000 sport rotors to provide a 15% cost savings over purchasing the components individually. The pads feature a fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered construction with a patented Brake-in coating to accelerate the seating process after installation.
The included GD series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide aperture slots and spot drilling. This design draws cool air under the braking surface while effectively clearing dust, dirt, and debris to maintain consistent pad contact. Every rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to prevent corrosion on non-contact surfaces, ensuring a long-lasting professional appearance.
