The EBC S5 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S5KR1392) is a high-efficiency sport upgrade engineered for maximum braking effect on high-horsepower sport sedans and fast street cars. This comprehensive kit combines EBC's flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted rotors, providing a direct-fit solution that installs to factory mounting points without modification.
The Yellowstuff pads carry a GG friction rating and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to manage noise and vibration. They are finished with a patented Brake-In coating to ensure rapid seating. Paired with these are the GD series rotors, constructed from G3000 iron. The wide-aperture slots and spot-drilled vents facilitate superior cooling by pulling air across the surface while effectively removing dust, gas, and debris during aggressive braking.
