The EBC Brakes S5 Yellowstuff Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S5KF1237) is a high-performance sport upgrade designed for fast street cars, SUVs, and high-horsepower sedans. This matched kit provides a significant increase in stopping power by combining EBC’s flagship high-friction pads with wide-aperture slotted rotors, engineered for superior cooling and debris removal.
The included Yellowstuff pads carry a GG friction rating for maximum initial bite and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to ensure quiet operation. To facilitate rapid bedding, these pads are finished with EBC’s patented Brake-In coating. The GD Series rotors are cast from premium G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and spot drilling to effectively vent heat, gas, dust, and moisture. Each rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain a clean appearance and resist corrosion.
