The EBC Brakes S5 kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for drivers who demand maximum stopping power on the street or during light track sessions. This direct-fit kit replaces worn OE components with a performance-matched set of EBC Yellowstuff pads and GD series wide-aperture slotted rotors, engineered to reduce brake fade and improve thermal management.
Yellowstuff pads are GG-rated for high friction and feature a patented Brake-In coating to ensure immediate pad seating upon installation. They are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to maintain quiet operation while delivering aggressive bite. The GD series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and utilize wide-aperture slots and dimple-drilled venting to expel dust, gas, and debris without the risk of stress cracks common in through-drilled rotors. Every rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to resist corrosion and maintain a clean appearance behind the wheels.
