The EBC Brakes S6 Series Stage 6 Brake Kit (S6KF1092) is a high-performance upgrade designed for spirited street driving and entry-level track use. This kit combines EBC Bluestuff NDX high-friction pads with GD Series dimpled and slotted rotors to provide superior thermal management and stopping power compared to OE components. The GD Series rotors feature a wide-aperture slot design that draws cool air into the braking contact area while the dimples maintain structural integrity, preventing the stress cracks common in fully drilled rotors.

These rotors are finished with a Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating. Important Installation Note: Do not use brake cleaner or mechanical methods to remove the Thermic Black coating from the rotors. This protective layer is designed to be worn away by the brake pads in the swept area within the first 10 to 20 stops; attempting to remove it manually will void the warranty. Additionally, never install upgraded pads on the rear of the vehicle without matching upgrades on the front axle to maintain proper brake bias.
